Does the Training Ever STOP?

The new monitoring software platform is being released next quarter. In preparation we have a number of introductory and training webinars for the line level technicians. Before you can attend the training, a complete review of the pre-release procedural manuals must be completed. Once the system monitor receives your completed packet, the next available training date will be set. Instruction with all applicable links to the Monitor and resources have been emailed to each department.

The webinars begin at 10 am Pacific time every Monday. Each session will consist of a 3 – 4 hour webinar with handouts covering all the topics covered. Question and answer breakout rooms will be available for in depth analysis of many new processes. We look forward to this Network Analyzation and monitoring platform providing other unique analysis of target networks with advanced reporting capability.

P.S. In the Information Technology field ongoing training is written into the D.N.A. of the technician. If formal training was not offered, informal training via blogs, forums and groups would become substantially more prevalent.
